Post production question: Is there a simple way to remove banding/lines in my photos? I've googled the issue and I understand _why_ it happens, but I'm sometimes forced to shoot in silent mode not to disrupt the show so I'm kinda stuck with it. I've found a manual solution that means having to use Photoshop and pull some levers (not tried that, so I can't say how well it works), but I'm thinking in these times of AI-solutions, that there could be a simple way to remove it "with a click". I'm usually working in Adobe Lightroom, so it would be cool to know if there's a built-in solution or a filter/preset that could do the job... ANyone else struggling with this? #banding #sonya7riii #sony #adobelightroom #adobe #postproduction #photography

Do you take your photos in RAW format? Do you know in which color space (Adobe RGB or s-RGB) you are shooting (settings of your camera) ? I think you should avoid such banding at all costs, rather than trying to figure out how to remove it afterwards

Yes, I do try to avoid it and only use it when it's absolutely necessary, like dance or theatre performances, where the sound of the shutter can cause distractions.

I'm shooting in RAW and sRGB. Could that matter, do you think?
